The first building you should ever build during a match with a profesional player or with the AI with the difficulty set to "Pro". As its name suggest, Lower Knots can only train Myriad infantry. The best choice to make is to train Manglers first as they only require 40 Xenodium Ore and they would be perfect money-savers since one Sporethrower requires 150 Xenodium and 2 Manglers are only 80 and is enough to take down one and a half Guardians
